Here are just a few examples of projects I’ve worked on.
PPC landing page for carbon trust
This page had to provide all the information a first-time visitor and returning end consumer would need to understand the government’s Energy Technology List. Take a look at the full page here.
Blog posts for firefly design
I’m delighted to be working with the ridiculously talented bunch of designers at Firefly. I’ve been contributing design-related blog posts to their website to boost their SEO and to let the world know they really know their stuff. Check out some of the posts:
Website content for ESPC member firms
Web page content for Black Hay Solicitors & Estate Agents.
Blog posts for Gillespie Macandrew Residential
Whitepaper on haptic technology for casingdom
I loved getting my teeth into this one. This large piece of content required a scientific/academic style of writing, and all those university essays certainly paid off. Read the full white paper here.
Precious little one blog posts
Despite having zero baby experience, and being more of a dog-person than a baby-person (ask my friends, whose babies I have held awkwardly) I do rather enjoy writing these lovely blog posts for baby specialists Precious Little Ones. The tone has to be super reassuring for new parents and their myriad of new responsibilities.

TRAINING WITH ESPC
I’ve been having a blast working with the lovely peeps at the ESPC Design Collective. I’ve written website content for several of their members (estate agents, solicitors etc.) and also delivered training via digital marketing breakfast seminars. I’d like to give a special shout out to flat whites for helping me with those particularly early starts. Find out more about the training I offer >>
Display ad copy for Tesco
I worked with a local design agency on display advertising for Tesco. Display ads have to make an instant impression and connection with users, using as few words as possible. The client was delighted with how I managed to unite branding and messaging with the images they had chosen.

SEO web content for Blushbooth
I love Blushbooth’s products so much! They provide photo booths for weddings and events that hook up to social media. The GIF booth and Camper Van Booth are my two particular faves. I was approached by Blushbooth to produce some new content and edit existing content to help boost the website’s search ranking for specific terms.
Making the content SEO-friendly was fairly straight-forward, but the real challenge with this job was making every page unique and relevant – since Blushbooth offer the same product across numerous locations in the UK.
The content I produced isn’t live on the site just yet, but you can see a little snippet here…
Blog posts for the Scottish Book Trust
Thanks to my interest in fiction writing, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the Scottish Book Trust’s blog. Here is a snippet of one blog post, you can read the full articles via the links below.

Course content for Shaa Wasmund MBE
Shaa is a hugely successful entrepreneur, businessperson and bestselling author. So, of course, I was over the moon when she wanted to work with me! I produced content for Shaa’s online How To Write A Bestseller digital course, as well as email and social media copy.
Email newsletters and blog posts for Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School
Since I am a very competitive person, I enjoy the challenge of creating email campaigns. Creating eye-catching subject lines that simply HAVE to be opened and seeing the open rate go through the roof gives me such a sense of satisfaction.
Paul Bradford is one of the best known figures in the cake decorating world and I’ve had the pleasure of working with their SEO agency, Transparent Digital, on web content, content strategy, emails, social media and blog posts. And I mean, c’mon, who doesn’t love cake?
