Despite having zero baby experience, and being more of a dog-person than a baby-person (ask my friends, whose babies I have held awkwardly) I do rather enjoy writing these lovely blog posts for baby specialists Precious Little Ones. The tone has to be super reassuring for new parents and their myriad of new responsibilities.

I’ve been having a blast working with the lovely peeps at the ESPC Design Collective. I’ve written website content for several of their members (estate agents, solicitors etc.) and also delivered training via digital marketing breakfast seminars. Display ad copy for Tesco

I worked with a local design agency on display advertising for Tesco. Display ads have to make an instant impression and connection with users, using as few words as possible. The client was delighted with how I managed to unite branding and messaging with the images they had chosen.

I love Blushbooth’s products so much! They provide photo booths for weddings and events that hook up to social media. The GIF booth and Camper Van Booth are my two particular faves. I was approached by Blushbooth to produce some new content and edit existing content to help boost the website’s search ranking for specific terms.

Making the content SEO-friendly was fairly straight-forward, but the real challenge with this job was making every page unique and relevant – since Blushbooth offer the same product across numerous locations in the UK.

Since I am a very competitive person, I enjoy the challenge of creating email campaigns. Creating eye-catching subject lines that simply HAVE to be opened and seeing the open rate go through the roof gives me such a sense of satisfaction.

Paul Bradford is one of the best known figures in the cake decorating world and I’ve had the pleasure of working with their SEO agency, Transparent Digital, on web content, content strategy, emails, social media and blog posts. And I mean, c’mon, who doesn’t love cake?
